Client Services Admin Assistance Request


We wanted to let you know that we are moving to a new system for support tickets.

We have replaced the Help link in Callswithoutwalls to go to the new system already, but I wanted to show you how easy it is to use now.

You’ll open up the Service Desk Portal by going to

Once you get there if you haven’t already, you will need to create an account.


Once you create an account and logged in you can check the status of your tickets by the “Request” button on the top right of the screen.


After you’ve set up your account you will have the option to submit your tickets. 

Please be sure to scroll down and find the category that works best for the type of help you’re looking for.
